Print, take, or save January calendar & Weekly Tracker to know what challenges await you. Download the GymMaster app (blue) or use GymMaster online & set up your account.
BY MONDAY each week, turn in the prior Weekly Tracker page. Turn in at Stone Temple, slide under the door, or take a picture & EMAIL! (please do not use other methods - it gets too unorganized!) If you do not turn weekly sheets in, you can still win a T-shirt & gift bag, but will not be eligible for a membership nor fitness tracker. No Trackers in by Feb 1 = no cool stuff.
The Daily Challenges:
Weekly Tracker will also have this info. You cannot make up days!! The point is to do small challenges EACH DAY!
Activities like skiing, hiking, swimming, etc count for walking/jogging.
Yoga/stretching can also be any active stretching and core stability work. No impact versions of all activities are ok.
Meditation can be guided, prayer, breathing, relaxation techniques, etc.
Whole Grains only means substituting whole grain versions for non-whole grain versions, eating normally otherwise.
Fruit and veggies are IN ADDITION to your normal meals. No alcohol and sugar means NONE, NIL, NADA!
This challenge is worth 155 points; each day is 5 points. Complete all 4 items/day = 5 points. 1 point/item, if less than 4 completed.
